Good Faith Estimate
If you are uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to a written estimate of expected charges. Read your rights under the No Surprises Act.
Sliding scale
Reduced rates are available based on need, including for foster parents and youth. Ask during your fit call. You won’t be asked to explain more than you want to.
Not included
Lab work and pharmacogenomic testing are billed separately by the lab. You’ll know the cost before anything is ordered.
